 Function:

   This double  side tape laminating  machine use for laminating the foam material and other material by double side tape.The rewinding system can be adjustable to suit for all kinds of material.There is edge slitting part after the heat laminating part.The work process is unwinding---heat laminating---score cutting ---rewinding.

Specification:

Unwind part:Infeed material let of station with 3” air shaft.Brake control the tension.The transfer roller is set near the exit.The below unwinder also let of station with 3” air shaft with the release paper rewinding part.

Heat laminating part:There are two sets of driven pinch roller and one heating roller.The dia. Of the heating roller is 460mm.The first pair of pinch roller are made by silicone rubber and the second pair are Teflon covers .The heating roller is oil recycling system.The heat transfer oil recycle inside. The roller has constant temperature by the PID temperature controller, the temperature difference is less than ±2°C which shown by PID(Highest surface temperature can be 200°C).The air cylinder control the lift of the pinch roller.The pressure and the clearance can be adjust base the thickness of the material. The length counter set in the exit of pinch roller.

Score cutting part:The diven rotary blade can cut the material to width.The position of the blade can be adjusted. There are 3 air knifes include.(The customer can ask for more air knife,each air knife cost 500 RMB.)

Rewinding part:Wind up with 3” air shaft,moment tension control.The tightness of the roll can be adjusted base the character of the material.Max. diameter of the roll can be 1200mm,while the single shaft rewinding.

The safety guards is set near the heat laminating part and the slitting part to keep personel from injury.The emergency stops set on the machine and the control panel.
